Experience
I am a Curriculum Consultant who designs and implements professional development and delivers AIS instruction in reading in elementary grades. Prior to that, I taught middle and high school English for 18 years. My students consistently made significant growth in reading and on local, state, and national tests. My classroom was labeled a "Model Classroom for Literacy Instruction" and I was observed on a district level to record best practices for literacy instruction to occur on a district level. I want to be a tutor because I want all students to be able to experience the successes that my students have experienced.
